What is a Intersink account and what belongs to it?
Getting started · Account basics · 4 min read · updated 12 Sep 2026
Your account is your personal account on Intersink. It is yours alone and is never shared with a business, even after you leave one. Everything in the left menu of your personal panel (your profile, documents, email, Drive, tasks, notes and calendar) sits inside your account.
Step by step
- Open your personal panel from the account button at the top right, then choose Personal account.
- Your account number is shown on the Home page under Your details. Support asks for it when you contact us, so keep it handy.
- Add your phone number and a recovery email under Security so that you can always get back in.
- Everything you create inside a business (channels, leads, orders) belongs to that business, not to you.
Worth knowingIf you leave a business, you keep your account, your personal email, your Drive files and your billing history. You lose access to that business’s data on the same day.
Common questions
Can I have more than one account?
You can, but we do not recommend it. One account can own and join any number of businesses, and invitations are sent to a single email address.
Can I change the email address on my account?
Yes, under Profile. You must confirm the new address before it becomes your sign-in email. Invitations already sent to the old address still work for seven days.
