Create a channel and choose its app

A channel is a brand. The wizard takes four steps, and the industry app you choose decides which tabs appear in the channel.
Step by step
- Step 1: name the channel and add its logo, category and description.
- Step 2: pick its address. You get a free address straight away and can add your own domain later.
- Step 3: choose the industry app, such as Storefront for a shop or Carepoint for a clinic. It bundles the features that industry needs.
- Step 4: check the details and create the channel. A paid app is charged by the day from then on.
Worth knowingOnce a channel has an app, the app stays with it. A channel created without one can get it later from its owner or managers.
Common questions
Can I rename a channel later?
Yes, from Settings → Channel. The web address does not change automatically, so update it separately if you need to.
Is there a limit on channels?
No. You pay for the app each channel runs, not for the channel itself.
