Intersink does not offer mailboxes today. Keep using your current email provider for your team’s mail.

- Your business email address is part of the business profile, so customers and our team can reach you.
- Channel emails to customers, such as sign-in codes and order updates, are sent on your channel’s behalf.
- Your domain’s MX records stay with your current provider. Connecting a domain to a channel uses a CNAME record and does not change your mail.

Will connecting my domain break my email?
No. A channel uses a CNAME record for its website; your MX records are untouched.
